As the saying goes, “it takes a village”. Pregnancy is supposed to be one of the most exciting and beautiful times of your life. However, we know that it may also be one of the scariest and loneliest times and you may not feel all that beautiful. You may be confused or worried about the changes in your body, your health or your baby. You may have questions or concerns and are unsure where to turn. You may be having an absolutely perfect pregnancy with no morning sickness, aches, pains or stretchmarks (and if so, we are so jealous…j/k). Truly, no matter where you are in your pregnancy or where this journey takes you, we are here to support you along the way. We are your village.

Equitable maternal healthcare is long overdue. We are tired of waiting and watching while many of us fall victim to a system designed to exclude us. Change is HERE and the time is NOW. A program specifically and exclusively for Black expectant mothers and birthing people, Program 360 was designed with you in mind. Program 360 fills in the gaps in maternal medical care and support by providing each expectant mother and birthing person enrolled in the program with access to a team of extended providers, such as midwives, doulas, therapists, nutritionists and lactation consultants. The services offered by these extended providers are designed to supplement the standard care offered by the expectant mother’s or birthing person’s regular obstetrician. All participants in Program 360 are expected and highly encouraged to maintain their regularly scheduled prenatal appointments and routine care. Access to services offered by the extended providers may be available for up to two years postpartum, as applicable and as necessary. We want to empower you to become a partner in your maternal healthcare by providing you with access to a competent team of culturally aware extended providers; increasing your confidence with knowledge about your health with a treatment plan created specifically for you; and providing you with the tools and resources that you need to thrive.
